Official Rules

  1. Must be 18 years old or older to participate.

  2. Entries are welcome from May 28, 2025 through June 6, 2025.

  3. Nominees must be active First Responders, including but not limited to police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics.

  4. Must be a resident of Yellowstone County, Montana.

  5. Must be able to attend the 1st Responders Game on June 12, 2025 at 6:35 PM.

  6. Employees and family members of Desert Mountain Broadcasting and Desert Mountain Digital are ineligible to win.

  7. Employees and family members of Intermountain Health are ineligible to win.

  8. Winners will be announced June 12, 2025, the morning before the game.

  9. Winners must pickup their tickets and prizes at 2075 Central Ave Suite #5, Billings, MT 59101

  10. Prizes include:

    1. Four (4) Box Seats to Billings Mustangs game on June 12, 2025

    2. One (1) $100.00 VISA gift card courtesy of Intermountain Health

    3. Four (4) Gate Passes to MontanaFair in August

    4. One (1) $100.00 in Fuddbucks

  11. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  12. By participating, entrants and nominees agree to allow Desert Mountain Broadcasting and Intermountain Health to use their name, voice, likeness, and nomination content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  13. Desert Mountain Broadcasting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.
